Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a national commercial fit out & refurbishment builder who have a very healthy pipeline of new projects coming through, and as a result are interested to bring on board an experienced Site / Senior Site Manager to play a key role in the delivery of them. 

The business is long established, has excellent systems and a stable senior leadership team who have been with the business for several years. 

The Role - Site Manager

As Site Manager, you'll initially work in close collaboration with an experienced Senior Project Manager, and site delivery team to deliver the high end refurbishment. The project is centrally located, just outside of Subiaco - and would suit an experienced site manager with fit out or refurbishment experience on mixed use / retail / shopping centre projects. 

Ideally you'll come from a Carpentry or Cabinet Maker trade background, with prior experience managing sub contractors, on commercial fit out projects within Australia.

Salary will align with experience, ranging from $180-190k package.
