Are you a skilled professional looking to make a real impact in the strategy, planning, feasibility & delivery phases of transformative construction projects that will leave a lasting effect in QLD?

Our client, a nationally recognised provider of advisory and project management services, is seeking a talented individual to join their Brisbane-based team.

In this role, you’ll work on exciting projects across the social infrastructure sector, including healthcare, tertiary education, research, leisure, and government. You’ll gather and analyse critical information, manage multidisciplinary teams, craft well-articulated robust business cases that drive project success, and work closely alongside the project delivery team. 

These will be large-scale infrastructure projects up to the value of $500M and you will report to the State Manager.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A degree in a building, Construction Management, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience in feasibility analysis or managing the delivery of building projects.
  • Sector knowledge in healthcare, tertiary education, community infrastructure, or similar industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Design Management (early design phases from Master Planning to Schematic Design).
  • Knowledge of business case writing, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and overall project management
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and project collaboration tools.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, professional environment.
  • The right to work in Australia without restrictions.
