Are you ready to join an established mid-tier builder and play a key role in their safety team? This is your opportunity to oversee safety, compliance, auditing, and quality control on a landmark $100M residential project in the Sutherland Shire. B

About the Role
As part of the safety team, you’ll report to the Head of Safety Management and work closely with Site Managers to ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are upheld on a prestigious high-end apartment development in the Sutherland Shire.
While residential experience is not required, familiarity with the mid-tier construction market is essential.

Salary in line with experience however figures between 130K - 160K can be expected.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage safety systems to foster a strong safety-focused culture.
  • Conduct WHS, injury management, and QA audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Input and manage data using Procore
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk control measures.
  • Undertake internal audits and prepare ITPs.
  • Stay current with industry legislation to develop and execute best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Cert IV in Work Health & Safety.
  • Proficiency in Integrated Management Systems and knowledge of ISO9001 & AS/NZ4801 standards.
  • Experience using online safety management system
  • Certificate in Training & Assessment.
  • Strong policy-writing and internal auditing skills.
  • Procore experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance.
