We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Night Shift Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our client's team for a 12-month contract role in South Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment working for a very reputable builder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the night shift operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on the floor.
• Report to senior management on shift performance and challenges.

Skills & Experience:

• leading hand with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in refurbishment projects
