About the Role

- Road widening to improve traffic flow.
- Intersection upgrades to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Slope stabilization works to ensure long-term stability and resilience.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and provide regular updates to management.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in supervising road construction or similar civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of road widening, intersection upgrades, and slope stabilization techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction (preferred).
