- Lead the bid management process for water infrastructure tenders
- Develop and manage bid strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including technical, commercial, and delivery teams
- Prepare high-quality submissions, including risk assessments, schedules, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
- Proven experience in bid management, specifically in water infrastructure
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes within the water sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Location: Sydney
