Bid Manager (Water Infrastructure) – Temporary Contract

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our clients team on a 5-month temporary contract. This exciting opportunity is with a principal contractor involved in major water infrastructure projects, based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the bid management process for water infrastructure tenders
  • Develop and manage bid strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including technical, commercial, and delivery teams
  • Prepare high-quality submissions, including risk assessments, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bid management, specifically in water infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of construction and engineering processes within the water sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
