Site Supervisor Wanted

Are you an experienced and hands-on HVAC Site Supervisor looking for a dynamic role that blends installation, teamwork, and problem-solving? 

Our client is seeking a Lead Installer / Working Site Supervisor to join their team and take charge of small-scale construction projects.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position where you'll lead installation teams on swap-out and replacement projects ranging from $3K split system swaps to $150K major unit replacements (e.g., multiple large exhaust fans in a lab).

We need someone who is competent across all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pipework installation
• Hanging & installing units
• Ductwork fabrication & installation
• Conducting site measures
• Strong product knowledge & understanding of installation processes
• On-the-fly problem solving & decision-making

What We Offer:

$55 - $58ph + Company Vehicle + Super for the right candidate, someone who can hit the ground running

Requirements:

• Cert 3 Tafe - Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• ARCTIK & QBCC Licensed 
• Proven hands-on experience 
• Ability to work independently & problem-solve on site
