Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, national commercial head contractor who are delivering a $20m+ commercial & industrial development SOR, and as a result are looking to build out their Perth team, with the addition of a Site Supervisor in the new year for a January start.
The Client
A national contractor who have an excellent reputation nationally, for delivering a diverse range of commercial & industrial construction projects - up to $100m+.
With a small WA based team, you'll be working directly with an experienced Senior Project Manager, enabling you to make the opportunity your own. You'll play a key part of building & developing the internal culture, as the team expands.
The Role - Site Supervisor
As Site Supervisor, you'll be overseeing labour / sub contract management, materials coordination, HSE, and assisting with programme management.
The position will be a site based role, 10 mins south east of the CBD, for a high profile client. Well suited to a Foreman stepping up, or a Supervisor with structures experience looking to join a new project from the start enabling you to make the opportunity your own.
Experience - We're ideally looking for this professional to be a trade qualified Carpenter by background, with experience on commercial or industrial buildings, with prior exposure working with either concrete / steel structures.
