About the Project:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new $40M school located in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. This exciting project will involve the construction of modern educational facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, sporting grounds, and administrative areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.
  • Develop and implement the site construction program.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor site teams, including subcontractors.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial construction projects, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in the use of construction software (e.g., scheduling, project management).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
