About the Project:

- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Develop and implement the site construction program.
- Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, and quality standards.

- Supervise and mentor site teams, including subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial construction projects, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
