Opportunity
Reputable NSW Regional builder, with over 30 years industry experience, requires an immediate contract site manager for a challenging $4.5M residential townhouse build near Forbes (Central West NSW).
With both an experienced Project Manager and hard-working Contract Administrator already assigned to the project, this is a great opportunity for a No.1 site manager to step into a long-term contract role and make their mark.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multi-residential projects is highly desirable
- Comfortable and confident in both structures and fit out
- Trade background (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing) highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Oversee the timely delivery of the ten-month multi-residential townhouse development in Forbes.
- Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and productivity.
- Drive the project to completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safety-first culture on site.
- Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and project specifications.
- Manage project schedules, daily site operations, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and local regulations.
