About the Role
  
Work as the No.1 site manager for a prominent Sydney based builder established in the construction industry for over 20-years.
  
Oversee the construction of a challenging 14-townhouse development near Ballina (Norther Rivers region of NSW). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale residential projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery.   

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure necessary inspections are completed
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards
• Conduct inspections and oversee testing processes
• Address and rectify any quality issues promptly

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in site management within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and site safety standards
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a trade related background are preferred
