The Opportunity
  
We are seeking a Site Manager to lead a new $8M hospitality fitout project in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. This role will see you managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring key milestones are achieved while maintaining strict standards of safety, quality, and adherence to the project programme. You will work closely with a supportive project team and report to an office-based Project Manager.

Some Saturday work may be required, rotated and based on project timelines, which will be under your control.

Required Background & Experience
  • Carpentry trade qualification (essential); additional tertiary qualifications in building highly regarded
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead teams effectively
  • Strong technical, planning, and programming skills
  • Extensive knowledge of trades, with the ability to drive project performance
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on managing budgets, preliminaries, and variations
  • Excellent safety and systems management skills
