The Position

You will report directly to senior management and take responsibility for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines. This role involves working on upcoming projects primarily within the aged care and educational sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of buildability and the confidence to manage and deliver projects independently.

Required Background & Experience
  • Carpentry trade qualification with experience in managing/coordinating commercial, aged care, or educational projects
  • Proven ability to schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients in occupied premises
  • Ability to read drawings, interpret programmes, and develop short-term plans
  • High level of computer literacy and good communication skills
  • Valid driver’s licence
