The role - Services Engineer/Manager
The business is looking for a Services Engineer/Manager to join the team and initially be part of the pre construction team assisiting with tebnders on some upcoming health projects they are targeting. You will also assist with existing projects as and when you are needed.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives;
- Conducting site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations;
- Reviewing engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents; and
- Providing technical guidance and support during all phases of construction.
The ideal candidate will possess the below;
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, ;
- Practical experience in commercial services engineering;
- Advanced understanding of service engineering principles and construction practices;
- High level knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards;
- Proficiency in construction management software;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office suite;
- Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritising skills; and
- Highly developed emotional intelligence.
