Project Manager – Fit Out
 
The company:
 
The company act as a Construction Management company in the fit out and refurbishment industry that has successfully completed a wide range of commercial fit out projects for many high-profile clients in the following sectors Education, Health, Medical, Workspace, Building Owner.
 
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years’ experience at reputable companies
  • Fit out experience
  • Keen to work for a boutique with a strong culture
  • Experienced on commercial projects ($1-10m)
  • Ideally has a Construction Management degree
  • Pre-construction, ECI and Design Management capabilities
  • Has the drive to step into a Senior PM role asap
The Role:
  • High standard of communication and management verbally and via email
  • Strong manager of people and contractors with strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong IT Skills in all construction software
  • A good understanding of the relevant regulations, laws and contract conditions
  • Knows and gets the best out of project managers, architects, engineers, directors and others to ensure project goals are met.
  • Positive influence on the company and people around them
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, directors and others to ensure project goals are met.
  • Effectively implement the company Quality, OHS & Environmental policies and procedures
  • Strong negotiation ability at procuring sub-contractors and clients
  • Project success focussed
