Contract Leading Hand/Sub Foreman - $8M Refurbishment Project (Sydney CBD)

We are seeking an experienced Contract Leading Hand/Sub Foreman for a high-profile $8 million refurbishment project in Sydney's CBD. This is a 3-month contract position, ideal for a motivated and hands-on candidate who will be working closely with a very experience site manager 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities as agreed with the SM 
• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Help lead a team of tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Assist with site safety and compliance.
• Liaise with project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Leading Hand or Sub Foreman in commercial construction/fit out /refurb.
• Strong knowledge of refurbishment works and site operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site.
