CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our clients to source Planner/Scheduler on a part time basis.
 
The role will be joining the pre-contracts team working on a submission for a Transmission Line project in will primarily involve developing the schedule through the bid process. Working remotely, you will be expected to ensure all the scope is there, evaluate resource levels, make sure critical path is relevant and optimize the schedule. 
 
As of the nature of the role applicants will need to be set up to work independently using their own IT gear and be license for MS Project. Commitment times are 1-2 days a week so the role will be ideal for a Planning Consultant who is in between projects and available for a short term commitment.
 
Selection Criteria:
 
- Degree Qualified
- 5+ years Planning/Scheduling experience
- Proficient with P6 and MS Project 
- Possesses own laptop and MS project  
- Must have Transmission/Substation Experience
