Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage several construction projects from inception to completion (full life cycle)
• Provide expert advice and innovative solutions to complex project challenges.
• Work with senior members to advise on strategy, growth, and construction & project management improvements
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• 7+ years’ experience as a PM
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning, or a similar field is required.
