Project Manager – Commercial Builders
The Company
I’m looking for a Project Manager with the below project experience:
Experience with in depth GC21 projects is beneficial.
Other projects I’m recruiting for:
$30m, $35m, $10m – x3 education projects starting
$4m – new build pavilion – inc. groundworks, concrete slabs, in situ concrete
$22m – government project, new build including amenities
The Position – Project Manager
Salary DOE –
PMs - $160 – 180k + super
Senior PMs - $180 – 220k + super

The Position – Project Manager
- Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience minimum as a Project Manager
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian working rights
Salary DOE –
PMs - $160 – 180k + super
