Our client is one of the largest essential services providers in the Asia Pacific region. They manage and maintain critical infrastructure across diverse industries including utilities, telecommunications, transport, and resources. In Western Australia their civil contracting arm is experiencing year on year growth and have recently been awarded three new regional projects in the $20-30m value range. Clients include MRWA, Port Authorities and private clients in the mining and resources sectors.
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of exciting and complex projects, ensuring their successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve operational excellence and meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, define scope, and manage resources to achieve project deliverables.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all stages of the project.
- Produce regular project reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in managing complex civil infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- A relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience working for main contractors on remote site locations within WA.
