The role
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of a diverse range of fitout projects, from small-scale refurbishments to large-scale commercial interiors with a large portion of the projects in the Brisbane CBD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction planning and procurement to construction execution and handover.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Manage project risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of their project delivery processes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong focus on fitout projects.
  • Previous experience with a known fit out contractor
  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex).
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
