The Company
Starting as early as this side of Christmas (with the option to start in Jan), you’ll be joining a remarkable $100M hotel project in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. This complex project includes extensive alterations and additions to existing structures to bring to life a brand new complex. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating design, overseeing subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring that milestones are met on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site activities with the Site Manager to meet project milestones
- Review engineering and design deliverables, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Conduct quality control checks, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, plans, and performance standards
- Manage RFI and EOI processes
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, and specifications
