Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with an established Mixed Use & Apartment Building Head Contractor who due to new projects being awarded are seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support a highly experienced Director, overseeing projects. 

The Role - Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager

As a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager, you'll work closely with an experienced Director, assisting in all aspects of contracts administration, project coordination, document control, procurement and project management - across all facets of the project.

Projects are regularly in the metro area, typically either Apartments & Mixed Use developments ranging from $10-20m. 

Experience

We're looking for an experienced professional with a Bachelors in either Construction Management or Civil Engineering. 

2+ years experience working in the commercial / residential construction industry, in either a CA / PC or Junior PM capacity is essential.
