We are recruiting a Leading Hand / All Round Operator for privately owned main contractor who deliver civil works to the mining and civil industries throughout the Pilbara region.

You would serve as a leader for their operators in heavy equipment operations, including tippers, skid steers, front end loaders, graders, and excavators. This role involves overseeing the preparation and leveling of surfaces for large concrete installations, managing tasks related to services, trenching, and other civil works as required, and acting as the supervisor for one week during the supervisor's R&R.


Skills & Qualifications 

• Previous experience working with the Tippers, Skid Steers, front end loaders, graders and excavators. 
• Nationally accredited tickets in Excavator, Loader and Grader. 
• Minimum Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's license. 
• Proven experience in civil construction, earthworks and building maintenance in a mining/FIFO environment is highly desired.
