As a Joiner Installer, you will be an integral part of our client's team, responsible for the installation of high-quality custom joinery within the high-end residential properties. You will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of each project, maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install bespoke joinery items, including doors, windows, staircases, cabinetry, paneling, and other custom woodwork to the highest quality.
• Work from detailed architectural drawings and plans to ensure precision in all installations.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard of craftsmanship, with a keen eye for detail.
• Collaborate with the site team and other trades to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a joiner or installer, ideally within high-end residential construction or luxury projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
• A keen interest in working on luxury and bespoke projects is essential.

What We Offer:

• $55 - $65 per hour paid VIA PTY LTD OR PAYG
• Temp to Perm Contract
