Position Summary
They are seeking a talented and creative Interior Architect with at least 5 years of professional experience in interior design and architecture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design sensibility, technical skills, and a passion for sustainable, functional design solutions. This role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting projects within a collaborative and dynamic team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Lead the development of creative, functional, and sustainable design concepts tailored to meet client needs.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and contractors to maintain the design vision through all phases of the project.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation in Revit, following established standards.
  • Client Engagement: Actively participate in client meetings, present design concepts, and adjust plans based on feedback and project goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, design adherence, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in interior architecture, ideally focused on high-end commercial or corporate interiors.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and sustainable design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
