Job description

The Company:
Highly regarded and reputable company resulting in repeat business in a collaborative working environment and impressive projects. With a workforce of over 100 staff with a steady year on year growth due to increase workload they are seeking motivated and qualified Engineers to join their Facade team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Supervision: Oversee the on-site installation of façade systems, ensuring that work is carried out in line with design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that façade installation meets project specifications, quality standards, and complies with building regulations.
  • Coordination: Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and design engineers to ensure smooth collaboration and that all façade-related issues are addressed promptly.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and solutions on-site to resolve any issues related to the façade system, installation, and materials.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, material deliveries, and any modifications to original plans.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with site health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and enforcing safety procedures.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges in façade installation and proactively work on solutions to avoid delays or rework.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on façade systems for high-rise buildings.
  • Extensive knowledge of curtain wall, cladding systems, and other façade technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse project teams.
