My client, a leading architecture studio known for its innovative and forward-thinking approach, is seeking a talented Front-End Design Architect to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a portfolio of exciting and diverse projects across public and cultural projects.
About the Role
As the Front-End Design Architect, you will:
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop and deliver inspiring concept designs.
- Take the lead in early-stage project development, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and schematic design.
- Translate client visions into compelling design narratives and high-quality visual presentations.
- Stay informed on design innovations, technologies, and trends, incorporating these into creative solutions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project progression from concept to completion.
The Ideal Candidate
My client is looking for a passionate and dynamic architect who has:
- A degree in Architecture (registration is a plus but not required).
- A strong focus on front-end design and concept development.
- A compelling portfolio that showcases creative and innovative design solutions.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders.
- A sound understanding of local planning regulations and sustainability principles.
- Local NSW experience required.
