About the Role

As the Front-End Design Architect, you will:

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop and deliver inspiring concept designs.
Take the lead in early-stage project development, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and schematic design.
Translate client visions into compelling design narratives and high-quality visual presentations.
Stay informed on design innovations, technologies, and trends, incorporating these into creative solutions.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project progression from concept to completion.

The Ideal Candidate

My client is looking for a passionate and dynamic architect who has:

A degree in Architecture (registration is a plus but not required).
A strong focus on front-end design and concept development.
A compelling portfolio that showcases creative and innovative design solutions.
Proficiency in Revit.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders.
A sound understanding of local planning regulations and sustainability principles.
Local NSW experience required.
