Our client is a builder/developer who is just starting to build a large $240M apartment build just outside the Brisbane CBD. They already have some key staff on board to deliver the project and are looking to bolster their team.
The role – Junior/Intermediate Contracts Administrator
We are looking for a Contract Administrator with anything from 2 to 6 years experience to join the commercial team on the project. This project will take around 2.5 years to build.

- A completed construction management degree
- Anything from 2 to 6 years experience as a CA
- Worked for a recognized builder
- Previous apartment experience would be advantageous but not essential
