We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-Level Contract Administrator to support our project team in the early stages of this major fit-out project. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage contract obligations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records.
- Review and process variations, claims, and progress payments.
- Resolve contractual issues and disputes in a timely manner.
- Provide support with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry on similar projects
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Min 2-5 years' experience
