Job description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mid-Level Contract Administrator to support our project team in the early stages of this major fit-out project. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage contract obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records.
  • Review and process variations, claims, and progress payments.
  • Resolve contractual issues and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Provide support with project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry on similar projects
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Min 2-5 years' experience
