The role
Their QLD operation has been operating for the past 16 years and there is an opportunity for a Construction Manager to come into the business and run the QLD arm, reporting to the Directors in another state.

You will generally have 3 to 4 Project Managers reporting to you as well as the project teams.

Initial projects that are starting is an Industrial project as well as a $130M apartment build. 
  
The person we are looking for will have:

• Previous experience as a Construction Manager with a recognised builder
• Previously come from a Project Management background
• Stability with previous employers
• Strong knowledge of Queensland construction regulations, approvals, and compliance standards
• Previous experience with delivering apartment builds would be preferred but not essential
• Proven leadership skills
