Role Overview:
As a CNC Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC woodworking machines to produce precise and high-quality joinery products. You will play a critical role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC woodworking machines to manufacture custom and standard wood products.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
- Select and prepare the appropriate tools and materials for each project.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
- Proven experience as a CNC Wood Machinist or similar role in a woodworking or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Formal qualifications in Cabinet Making, Shopfitting or Wood Machining
- Experience with [specific types of CNC machines, e.g., 5-axis routers].
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
