Job Opportunity: Site Manager (20-Week Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of a new-build Woolworths store in the Hills District. This is a 20-week contract role, offering an exciting opportunity to manage a high-profile project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure the fit-out meets project specifications
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in site management, particularly in supermarkets or similar style fit outs
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
