Job description
- Commercial fitout and new build projects, strong pipeline in the south coast region

- Start in April, full time role – 5 day week
- Long servicing builder who has been trading in the NSW market since the mid 90’s and has a strong reputation delivering projects for NSW government agencies as well as private corporates.
- Boutique in nature they are able to offer clients a personalised service
- Head office is based in Sydney however they work all over NSW.
- You will work with dynamic managers who are progressive, are still hands on and have created a family friendly culture.

Working closely with the Project Manager you will have early involvement on all projects and assist, if required, to scope and let contracts. Once a project is on site you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of all site activities ensures quality and safety are maintained.
This is a permanent role based on the south coast. The first project you will deliver is a $4M commercial new build based at a prestigious art centre in the Shoalhaven region. The new build is a 9 month programme with a 3-4 moth refurbishment to follow directly after – so 12 + mths guaranteed.
My client has a very strong pipeline of opportunities in the south coast region over the next 3 years so they are looking for a permanent resource
Ideal background
- Carpentry trade with experience on commercial projects up to $10M
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors
- Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes using MS project
- Ability to scope and let package – if required
- Previously experience working with a well-run builders on commercial projects
- Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
