About the Role
As Site Manager, you will report directly to senior management and oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in projects across the aged care and educational sectors.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Effectively manage project schedules and subcontractor performance.
  • Liaise with clients, particularly in occupied environments, ensuring exceptional communication.
  • Interpret drawings, develop short-term plans, and maintain program timelines.

Your Background:
  • Carpentry trade qualification with proven experience managing commercial, aged care, or educational projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to schedule, coordinate, and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to foster positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in reading plans and developing project programs.
  • High level of computer literacy and a valid driver’s license.
