Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, privately owned commercial building head contractor, who have a proven track record of delivering apartment & mixed use developments across Perth & Western Australia. 

The project is a 4 storey, $10m+ residential apartment development that has recently been awarded with a mid Jan/start of Feb start date on the project. An excellent opportunity to take the project from the start, working in close collaboration with an experienced Construction Manager. 

The Role - Site Manager

You'll have a full project team & support from a CA, experienced Construction Manager taking the lead on site for the development. 

All site management responsibilities - managing sub contractors, materials / labour, programming etc. 

Experience

As you'll be the standalone Site Manager on the project, you'll have a proven track record of delivering either Apartment or Commercial building developments, in excess of $5m+. Relevant trade & higher education qualifications are preferable.
