Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, WA owned and operated tier 3 commercial building head contractor, who have picked up several new projects and as a result, require an experienced Site Manager to join the team.
The Client
A commercial building head contractor that have a proven track record in successfully delivering a range of new build construction projects. With excellent relationships within the Commercial & Industrial space - with projects often ranging between $20-60m and are based across Perth metro.

The Role & Responsibilities - Site Manager
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness among all project stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to maintain open communication and address any issues that arise.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and budget tracking.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating team members and promoting professional development.
- Trade qualified Carpenter
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
