Our client is an up-and-coming commercial HVAC specialist who have experienced fantastic growth in the last 12 months. 

They've only been around 3 years, but they have built a great name for themselves which has been reflected in their growth as a company. 

In a newly created role, they're looking for a Service Manager to come in and lead the Service technicians and navigate the team through yet more growth. 

This is a chance for an Account Manager to step up, or an experienced Service Manager to step in.

The Role

As the HVAC Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of service operations, managing a team of 8 field technicians and ensuring top-tier service delivery to our valued clients.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, supporting, and mentoring your team
• Maintaining strong client relationships through clear, professional communication
• Providing technical support and guidance on complex HVAC systems
• Managing key accounts to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Overseeing job scheduling, quality control, and compliance with safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in the HVAC industry (technical and/or management)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Trade qualifications in HVAC or equivalent industry experience preferred
