The Company
Our client is a rapidly growing residential builder, having more than doubled in size over the past two years. Operating with the structure and professionalism of a tier-two builder, they emphasize safety and quality across all projects

The Position: 
Deliver a staged development in Sydney's North West valued at over $400M. The scope will include the construction of multiple buildings and first class amenities. You will be supported by Project Managers and Administration staff and have a full site team that will include Foreman and Leading hands. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily site operations to meet project milestones.
  • Manage and Coordinate sub contractors 
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Plan and programme site schedules daily, weekly, monthly
  • Lead a team that includes a Leading Hand and Foreman.
  • Ability to coordinate site and plant logistics in suburban areas
  • Maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to drive and push projects 
Compensation: Competitive salary package ranging from $250K - 280K commensurate with project size and experience
  
About You
Qualifications: Trade certification essential; tertiary building qualifications desirable
Experience:
  • Demonstrated success delivering $200M + highrise apartment projects 
  • Strong technical, planning, and logistical skills
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and team collaboration
Attributes:
  • Proven leadership in locally built residential construction projects
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company systems
  • Valid driver’s license required
