My client is seeking a Senior Architect to step into a leadership role within a well-established, dynamic Sydney-based design studio. With a strong reputation built on decades of experience, the firm delivers innovative and high-quality design solutions across sectors including multi-residential, education, healthcare, and workplace environments.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead projects, collaborate with clients, and manage teams with confidence. You will represent the studio in client meetings, including engagements with government clients. This role offers the potential to transition into a Senior leadership role, providing you with an opportunity to influence and grow within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, advocating for the business
  • Engage in business development activities to help grow the practice
  • Collaborate with teams and guide them in achieving project goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality service
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master's in Architecture
  • 7 - 10 years experience in Sydney
  • NSW Registration
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Ambitious, confident, and results-driven
