Our client is a growing Project Management consultancy with a healthy pipeline of works operating across various industry sectors like Commercial, Retail, Defence, Education & Hospitality.

They partner with high end clients and reputable builders to deliver projects of the highest standard and offer an excellent culture, training, and growth, and are now actively seeking an experienced Senior Fit-out/Capital Works Project Manager to join the Sydney team.

This role will focus on fit-out construction projects for financial institutions, retailers, and governments, although previous experience working on Defence or Education projects is also highly desirable.

• Depending on experience: $150,000 - $200,000 Package +bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Will oversee all projects in the commercial and retail division valuing $200k - $5M.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
• Management of external stakeholders
• Will oversee various projects at any given time – delivering projects for financial institutions, big brand retailers, and governments
• Will report directly to the senior management team
• Being able to bring in new work into the company long term is a high advantage however not essential.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• 5-20 years experience ideally coming from a larger reputable consultancy or builder that operates in the fit-out space
• Understanding all phases of a construction fit-out project with connections and networks in this space
