Job description
Our client are a Brisbane based Home Builder who have been operating since 2017. They are looking to appoint a Construction Administrator to support and coordinate with clients, pre site and construction.
This role in integral to the teams' success in building and maintaining strong relationships with each client who has engaged the company as their home builder.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clear, consistent and personable communication with every client as necessary
- Work alongside sales team to follow up on leads and assist with building rapport
- Conduct face to face or TEAMs meeting with client to explain pre-site process and projected timeline, to review and discuss client selections, and to explain construction process and projected timeline (if known)
- Contact client fortnightly to provide update of file/works on site, preferably after workflow
- Contact client to schedule walkthrough, explain handover process, and projected timeline (if known) following up with email
- Provide client/s with site photos whenever possible
- Attend site inspection and handover. At handover meeting explain warranty process, following up with email
- Provide administrative support to Sales team as appropriate in sales workflow, as necessary
- Prepare, track and present to client/s and internal team through workflow meetings, proposed timeline for workflow of job from Contract signing to Commence Construction
- Liaise with service providers (Colours, Tiles, Electrical, Plumbing) to schedule client selection appointments within agreed timeframes and provide relevant documentation for appointments
- Request and issue variations (prepared by Estimating) to clients via Docusign and track completion
- Prepare and manage lodgment of applications to Certifier/Town Planner as necessary
- Communicate with Client when BA is approved and schedule TEAMs meeting to review Final Plans
- Present weekly or as requested, tracking of jobs under roles management
- Action or escalate site specific issues during construction, working closely with Site Supervisor to communicate with Client where necessary and reducing risk to company
- Prepare Handover pack & order handover gift for client within required timeframe
- Previous new home construction experience is highly regarded
- Proven history of customer service experience is essential
- Confidence to think on your feet and respond to queries from multiple sources effectively, accurately and within a timely manner
- Active listening skills and retention of information
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures with confidence to identify where changes would enhance the business and client experience
- Demonstrated proactive approach to situations
- High level of professionalism and presentation
- Demonstrated client focus and the ability to disseminate information accurately
- Strong communication skills (face to face, verbal and written)
- Construction Site Induction card (White or Blue), essential and if not held should be obtained prior to commencement
- High level of administrative ability and attention to detail.
