About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will take full ownership of industrial construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for:

�� Leading project teams and managing subcontractors & suppliers
�� Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget & to high standards
�� Overseeing contracts, scheduling & cost control
�� Building and maintaining strong client relationships
�� Driving safety, compliance & quality across all stages
  
What You Need to Succeed

✔ Proven experience managing industrial construction projects (warehouses, logistics, manufacturing, etc.)
✔ Strong knowledge of contract administration & project delivery
✔ Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to problem-solve and drive successful outcomes
✔ Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
