  • Boutique in nature this builder is able to offer tailored service to their clients, have a dedicated group of sub-contractors/suppliers and a professional and agile culture.
  • Projects include a mixture of high end retail, hospitality, corporate office luxury residential units valued to 30M.
  • They have offices in multiple states and are turning over in the vicinity of $100M
Position Overview 
  • Reporting into a seasoned Project Director, the scope of work will include overseeing 2-3 projects in the corporate fitout sector valued to $10M
  • You will be supported by a full site and office team and be responsible for ensuring the project is successfully delivered in line with client and corporate objectives.  
  • Salary will in line with experience however expert figures between $190M - $210 package   
Background / Skillset
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Experience delivering commercial fitout projects  
  • Strong financial management experience and well-rounded business acumen
  • Ability to lead internal monthly meetings to manage financials / archive projects milestones
  • Experienced end to end in the project life cycle from cultivating opportunities > scoping > pricing > negotiation > delivery
  • Strong industry networks and existing relationships with subbies with consultants
  • Experience leading teams of CAs, Project Coordinators, Site Managers etc
