  • Open to someone stepping up to Project Management from contracts management
  • Position based on the fringe of the inner west close to public transport and parking
  • Office and site based position managing projects from $1M - $10M

The Company:
  
Privately owned commercial builder with strong history in NSW delivering both new and refurbishment projects. The company has traded in NSW for the last 20 years and, in that time become specialists in their field taking pride on providing a supportive and collaborative environment. 
  
The Position:

As the Project Manager, you will manage the procurement process, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with your site team and drive the program to an effective and successful conclusion. This will include managing all correspondence with relevant stakeholders ie: the client, consultants and internal staff.

We are looking for a Project Manager that has the capability to manage the entire project from procurement through to hand over that understands how to manage programme and budgets.

Projects will typically range from $1M - $20M and are a combination of tendered and negotiated works within new build, refurbishment and fitout.
Each Project Manager is responsible for between 6M – 10M of work concurrently and will be supported by a CA

You will enjoy a salary of between $180 - $210K depending on your experience.

This position could also suit a Project Engineer or Contract Administrator that has delivered smaller projects and is ready to make to move into Project Management. You will receive one on one mentoring from the Director to achieve career success (salary will reflect experience in this case)

You will be given the autonomy to take control of and delivery your project/s without micromanagement however still have the support from management and the office. This includes dedicated site manager on all projects

In the next 12-24 months the plan will be to diversify and grow the team opening up opportunities for people to move into leadership positions.
