The Company:

• This builder is a design-driven construction firm with offices in Sydney and Brisbane, turning over in excess of 100M nationally
• They pride themselves on working a little differently to their peers by investing time at the front end of projects to achieve better efficiencies within delivery phase.
• They have built a solid reputation working with well-known owner/developers on a range of works including new builds and refurbishments in the commercial, industrial and government sectors. Projects typically valued from $1M - $15M

The Position

• This position is vacant due to planned growth
• You will work closely with one Project Manager who will be your mentor providing on the job training to achieve career success
• You will have access to one of Sydney’s most respected general managers who is hands on with staff providing mentoring and a clear career pathway
• This is an all-encompassing role where you will be responsible for all facets of the administration process from start to finish. 
• This is an office based role with regular site visits to attend meetings with subbies and consultants

This is full time position that will be paying between $120,000 - $130,00 + Super and will include hands on training to advance your career
  
Ideal Background

• Construction Management degree or related engineering degree
• Experience on commercial projects using systems such as Procore, Hammertech, Cheops etc.  
• Drive to progress your career to project management.
• Valid drivers lic
