Reporting into a Project Manager and working across 1-2 projects you will be providing support in the following areas:
- Liaising with all trades and suppliers
- Liaising with Client/Project Superintendent
- Attending meetings with Clients/Project Superintendent / subbies onsite
- Cost management of trades through construction process
- Cost control and head contract administration.
- General administrative duties
- Document control
- Processing and review of invoices/progress claims
- Construction Management or related degree
- Highly developed skills in the control of project financials and construction procurement
- Experience administering head contracts and resolving contractual matters with clients
- Ideally looking for someone from a tier two background
- In depth understanding of corporate values, policies and procedures.
- Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong Pre-Construction experience including lead generation, cultivation, tendering, tender interviewing
