They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and oversee the delivery of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and implementing solutions effectively.
• Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations.
• Oversee the quality of finishes, ensuring the highest standards are met for high-end residential developments.
• Coordinate with project management and design teams to ensure smooth execution of the project programme.
• Manage procurement of materials and resources, ensuring efficient use on site.
• Handle on-site administration, including preparing reports and keeping site records.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and oversee complex project timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with luxury finishes.
• Must be trade qualified in Carpentry and/or Joinery.
