Role and Responsibilities

As Testing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the fire system inspection and testing function of the business.

This is a new role created due to company growth, and you will play a key part in the expansion and development of the division. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the fire system inspection and testing function of the company
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Australian fire codes, specifically AS1851
• Achieve agreed KPI’s in the Sydney metro area
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth running of testing and inspection procedures
• Maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Collaborative team player
• Background in the fire protection industry
• Familiarity with Australian fire codes, specifically AS1851
• FPAS accredited or working towards it


Salary range for this role is $120k to $140k base + Vehicle + Super depending on experience.
