Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, privately owned tier 3 commercial building head contractor who have recently picked up a new $25m+ shopping centre redevelopment, and as a result are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the business. 

The client have been established in WA for over 15 years, renowned for their high quality project delivery and have a proven track record across a diverse range of refurbishment and new build construction projects - Industrial, Retail, Commercial, Education etc. Projects typically range from $10-40m. 

The Role - Site Supervisor

Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, and Site Manager, this is a Site Supervisor / 2IC Site Manager on the project. 

All Supervisory responsibilities, including overseeing various packages, managing sub contractors, coordinating labour, materials etc. 

Experience

Ideally you'll be a trade qualified Carpenter by background, with 5+ years experience within the commercial construction market within Australia. 

This is a permanent, full time position with a financially stable builder. 

Salary package will range from $140k-150k + Super, depending on experience.
